Eskalade: It been difficult for me having a naturally hard and rough palm and this makes it difficult for me to shake hands wen meeting new people..pls can narialanders help by prescrbing creams or medication inorder to have a smooth and soft palm

try nivea soft
moisturizing cream, soak your palm with d lotion and apply baby powder, leave for a while den rinse with warm water, also I heard some pple use sugar and baby oil,apply enough to cover ur
palm. Rub hands together, as you would
rub when you apply a lotion. Do this for a few times and rinse, get any good moisturizer and no dey use soda was cloth....

If you do hard labour always wear glooves. After soaking your hands for like 1 hr or 30min thru washing of cloathes apply more than enough of''Jergens Cocoa butter'' when your palm dries reapply
