Just 1000 men were sampled. It was disaster and shocking. 1 in 8 MSM was living with HIV in Nigeria as at 2006. None of them knew. They got tested because there was money involved. Before HIV broke out in the homosexual enclaves in the western world, did you ever hear of AIDS in Uganda or Kenya or Zimbabwe.
