Pls gurus in the house, I need help concerning my google play store. Its been a month that I have been unable to download apps and update existing apps on my samsung note 2. I use mtn ntwk but whenever I switch to another nnetwork, playstore will start working well.
Pls who else is experiencing this? Is this a problem from mtn or from google?

Back up your files and factory-reset your phone.

having similar problem...google play store has been sooo useless..not downloading..way forward pls..

I havw done the factory reset but still I can't update or download apps. I don't know what to do anymore.
