Yes, but we don't have to become mass producers of p.orn. What bothers me is the immense number of churches in Naija...Oh my God, there are so many churches! I live in a small town in NJ, population 10,000, but there are no churches or mosques. Yet, the crime rate is so low, in the 4 years I have lived here I can't remember any criminal incidents that have occurred. Maybe, it's also because the population is 50% Asian, but it's a very peaceful town.

The question is, does the number of churches equate to a more peaceful and moral society? Does the fact that the typical Nigerian town with all of its churches make it better than my NJ town?

My problem with Nollywood is not whether they show sex scene or not but how predictable the whole industry is.

The movies are usually about love ( good marriages, romance, bad marriages, jealous partners), Juju and sex... Nothing more to it.....


What about movies that portray Nigeria's history, Nigeria's politics, epic fictional movies, movies for families, cartoons for kids, epic adventures, wars in Africa ( exaggerating it for interesting view), etc?

It lacks creativity and it's very predictable...... That's my problem.


It doesn't take a genius or a creative writer to make a movie in my beloved country....


Once you gather girls and men that like to have fun on camera, you almost as good as making a movie....


I'm not even sure if most of our actors and actresses go to University to study Theatre Art anymore..

Well, am the one that posted this trend. And here is my question.... Instead of them to be making us all Hot while watching a movie, why not make us scared instead by acting an horror film, not ghost chasing its killer o, but real scaring movie.
