You guys please help me oooo...i've tried everything possible for this rubbish on my face

I also had this sometime back when I was in secondary school. it's called ACNE[very painful]..it's more like an advance occurrence of pimples,from my own experience, the more you continually apply various forms of chemical embodied in creams, the more you would worsen the situation.Also you would need to see a doctor and their are certain types of food you need to abstain from eg milk, fried foods and food rich in fat..Stop popping the pimples too..u are obviously having a lot of black heads due to ur constant popping and rubbing of your hands on your face.please stop all those ...do see a specialist eg dermatologist or a clinical doctor soon in order to get proper treatment

Avoid cleansers that contains alcohol and rub calamine lotion at night. In addition, take antibiotics such as doxycycline.

moi sister, dnt mind him jooo,,go get that vaya smooth in d nearest pharmacy stores, it 500naira, nd rubb it on it. It gonna works fine, nd pls stop using foundation powder or red powder sha, just use white powder, nd dnt scrub with sponge! If u can get a face towel to rubb it with,when talking ya bath..

Op,don't mind those people prescribing one medication,or the other,best bet,go see a dermatologist for proper diagnosis as soon as possible.

Some ailments have similar reaction,so proper evaluation is very necessary before medication should be prescribed.
