These photos were recently taken at Lagos Primary School in Mushin Lagos by Sahara Reporters and they stated that the Lagos governor, Babtunde Fashola claimed to be revolutionizing governance in Lagos, but wonder why Mushin is excluded from the elite driven "revolution".

So should we put the blame on the Lagos State Governor like Sahara Reporters did? or a certain local government chairman or Councillor should be held responsible for this mess, considering the fact that the Fashola government revolution in public school is visible in many areas.
