the 100m just has 2 be Bolt's Did u see the ease at which he won his heats, he was basically strolling, but he still still finished tops he still has a lot left in his engine for the finals |
Re: Beijing 2008 Olympics - Athletics by MrCrackles(m): 10:02am On Aug 16, 2008 |
Mustay: it just wasnt good enough! Nigeria should learn and look at how other countries prepare for major tournaments! disgraceful for a nation with so much talents, i never had faith he was going to make it anyway! well done to him for appearing! |
Re: Beijing 2008 Olympics - Athletics by MrCrackles(m): 10:07am On Aug 16, 2008 |
Mustay: fasuba posted 10.21! and not 10.12 in the second round heat 1 |
Re: Beijing 2008 Olympics - Athletics by proo212(m): 1:13pm On Aug 16, 2008 |
Jamaica a nation of 2-3m people that some Nigerians will constantly put down because the Nigerians think they are superior have 3 athletes in the 100m semi final. Nigeria a nation 140m people cannot produce 1 athlete in the semi finals. I am constantly impressed by Soji Fasuba. He probably paid for himself to attend the games. Our officals and our big men who think they know everything need to be flogged. Hell If I had a club I will break all their legs so they suffer for a while. |

proo212: (1) FYI, we produced 2 finalist in 1992 olympics. (2) He did not. Nigeria is not as bad as you think. |
Re: Beijing 2008 Olympics - Athletics by Orikinla(m): 6:23pm On Aug 16, 2008 |
Usain Bolt is phenomenal! Winning the 100-meter dash in a record breaking lightning speed of 9.69 seconds, the 21-year-old Jamaican was awesome to see on the track. This guy is a natural. I believe he is clean! He is just damn good.

Re: Beijing 2008 Olympics - Athletics by Razorr(f): 12:56am On Aug 17, 2008 |
Dr Kitaun: Han han!!!! You're the one on drugs for posting that rubbish. Bleep's sake, there's a logical explanaton for Usain Bolt's victory!! The guy is 6 foot 4, so his height obviously gives him an advantage over the other top sprinters of our time. Great height means longer strides and long strides plus power and speed mean VICTORY! So please can u guys just drop all this talk about drugs? Besides, the Jamaicans have been tested and scrutinised much more than athletes of other nations for this very reason. The world has its eyes on them, so i doubt that they'd do something as foolish as that! |
Re: Beijing 2008 Olympics - Athletics by powderPink(f): 1:00am On Aug 17, 2008 |
