which type of black tea do you prefare,ceylon tea or the normal black tea we all know( lipton)...ceylon tea is taking over lipton in the market and is attracting more lovers like myself due to its rich flavour,moderate caffein , brain wave boosting and stress reliver.with the problem of weight gain and coffee side effects,many have turned over to tea only to discover that there is more to it than just causing weight lose.i prefare ceylon tea (sultan) than any other tea varient.........mod pls front page,do this as a xmass and new year gift to all of us who are black tea drinkers.
