Same here on FOMC but more like effect on gold and DJIA. I think gold will head up and DJIA dwon but I am on the sidelines for now

The holidays are here with us. During this time, many Heavy traders are on holidays and consequently there is low volume in the market. Many Retail traders make losses while those who knows how to navigate the low volume time will make plenty money.Am giving you tips on how to trade LOW VOLUME TIME.

1. Make sure you don't over trade your account by using high lot, because during this time you will be tempted to add more lots thinking that the market will do what it use to do,no volume has changed

2. Don't so much try to control the market because during this time, you will be surprised that your normal (perfect TRADING STRATEGY OR INDICATOR) will be rubbished by the market, only to return in few hours time and behave the normal way.

3. Ensure you don't baby sit your trade. If you discover any trade setup, simply enter the trade and put you take profit and stop loss and go your way, because the market will come your side after all said and done.


4. Use higher stop loss. Because the market has no choice than to RANGE.RANGE RANGE RANGE. There are no serious movers of the market and eventually the market will settle down after spontaneous movement.

5. Money Management is CRUCIAL at this moment.

6. Trade only your normal TRADING PLAN, because the market is usually tempting this time around.

7. Remove every form of emotion and overconfidence during this LOW VOLUME TIME.
