[s]Happy new year fellow nairalander... I want to know the possibility of sueing airtel for selling an unavailable voucher to me. I have contacted my lawyer friend and he said i should hold on till 13th when he will be resuming for the year for proper talk. But I want to know what you guys have to say about. Even though the voucher is small(N500) i feel I shouldnt let it go due to the way the customer agent are treating the case. The keep posting me and giving contradictory excuses as if i have nothing to do with the voucher. Thanks.[/s]
