After eating all the 'eatables' and drinking all the 'drinkables', we are left with the result after the festive period which most of the time is weight increase. The following tips should help us keep fit this January-

Empty The Cupboard- Despite consuming a lot, we are still likely to have left overs of chocolates and all sort so its adviseable for us to take them out as it is likely we eat them if they are there.

Stop alcohol- After drinking during the festive period, its adviseable for us to give our body a break. Try this for 2 weeks and you will testify.

Take that journey- take the stairs, walk around instead of using the intercom.

Go for colours- This simply means eating a healthy blend of vegetables, proteins, etc.

Drink water- this is very important even though it will lead to you urinating more often.

Take more protein.

Take more fats.

Avoid simple sugar.

Time your food intake to aid digestion.

Plan ahead. Dont just eat at anytime.
