Wow,the purpose of this thread was nt really to know the beneficiaries but another way of just insulting gej but thankGod there were some reasonable people who identified themselves and i guess, that frustrated the op........well The remaining beneficiaries are probably at thier places of work doing something reasonable with thier lives rather than spending thier whole day on nairaland decieving themselves and bashing the president.......GODBLESSNIGERIA,GODBLESSAFRICA,GODBLESSTHEWORLD

OP, please go read this thread for the achievements of GEJ:

While reading, please do your arithmetic to know the number employed. Thank you.

if ordinary nigerians can't feel and testify to GEJ's achievements, then it must be a lie. What time of the quarter/year does the national population commision/CBN release Nigeria's unemployment figure. 1.6 million will definitely make a serious dent on those figures, atleast we should be closer to one figure now, abi? tongue tongue grin

Everybody is talking about employment from the public sector whereas they are talking about every employment whether from public or private sector.Furthermore in developed countries public sector does not employed up to 5% of entire working force.

You are an uneducated lout. You expect 1.6 million people leave their businesses and jobs to come mark register on your utterly insignificant thread just for the express purpose of gratifying your curiosity as to whether they are employed or not. At least 5 people (according to you) have identified themselves. That is 5 more than the people you have made a contribution into their lives. What value have you added to the lives of those in your immediate neighborhood?

Only about 0.7% of the entire population are on Nairaland. 1187723 of 168m. Besides, agriculture accounted for over 70% of the jobs, Nairalanders aren't the kind who like to get their hands dirty.

If our import on rice has reduced by 40 percent it means some more people are involved its farming furthermore if we have 1.2mmt capacity mill as stated by the president it means more people are engaged in its production some people will also move it from the mill to the where it will be sell therefore the primary, secondary and tetiary sector will have employ in it alone

Ignorant lout. Job creation doesn't entail vacancies in a "parastatal". Young men and women like you are starting businesses and employing others. No wonder you here are demonstrating jobless frustration. . .keep waiting for a "parastatal" job. You go wait tire.

People will blame government for high rate of unemployment but they will not commend government for job get outside the piblic sector.

What about ur state if fg can say 1.5 then sg + lg should also be able to say up to 1mn, therefore people of lagos should also be able to talk of over 100000 jobs being the economy capital of nigeria. Therefore i think you should also ask people of lagos state to tell you how many job they got this year

Even you yourself, what are you doing here? Everybody knows that by saying 1.6 million, they actually meant 16 thousand. You know this administration and its bogus claim of achievement.
