I so didn't get what you meant about Vesper and Bond. Quantum confirmed that she did love him. Bond tells M she was right about Vesper. She was deceived in the Algerian,but all her actions stemmed from a desire to save both the men she loved,Bond especially,and her willingness to die for his sake. Bond lets the love-knot go at the end of the movie,throws it on the snow,to show he's forgiven her (as Matthus begged of him) for the life she denied them both when she died. Hence Quantum of Solace

I actually remember saying I prefered Brosnan.

Pros: his english accent is more pronounced. He IS a handsome mutha. He fairly gets into trouble but uses his brains just as much as cool gadgets.

Cons: Hardly ever gets into any brutal hand-to-hand combat. His age was getting increasingly hard to hide in the latter films.

All in all, there's time for everything to change. I have only seen Craig in one film so far. Can hardly judge him by only that. But he might turn out to be something else.
