happy new year and welcome to 2014, My question is Amid the controversies about soyabean and its antinutrients, what is the best way to process soybean? thinking about processing it by dehulling, roasting and grinding into powder form. is this okay?

Soaking(overnight) reduces the antinutrients after which you can carry out the steps you mentioned. Unfortunately this process is quite tedious for commercial production.

Roasting, crackmilling, winnowing(to remove the hulls), grinding is the technique used for large scale production
