Was just wondering, does one specialised in Networking with just a CCNA certification, but without a degree, have any sort of chance or opportunity to be employed into any company in Nigeria? If so, how do I go about it, and if you can help, will you let me contact you? Moreover, I'll just like to know, does a CCIE without a degree stand any chance of employment in Nigeria, and I'm talking about Telecom companies, banks, or the Oil and Gas Sector? Need ur opinion guys; honestly and sincerely? |

you started the other thread on java and i will advice you to read my comments in there. You have very little chance of getting employed in Nigeria without a degree. |

Yes, i agree with @A-40 and candylips. The same way in the USA i did when i was young like you with my web development certification without a degree but I have different Bachelor degree that is broad programming field but i focus on web development heavily. The majority USA firms could not hire me on the spot, so i pursued further second Bachelor degree with the emphasized in advanced web development replacing existing certification i already have while doing contract jobs running my own web development business to work with non-government small-sized business owners/clients as well as individuals. As of result, i got more exploding licensed recruiters, who found my CV on popular job hunting sites, contacted me in the past upon my 2nd bachelor degree graduation. Get my point clearly. Wish you the best luck in Nigeria finding firms who will accept you CCNA certification without a degree! |

@uspry1 Thanks for the addition all in all its just better for him to at least try and get a degree while working so his long-term future in any company is secure |
