What wuld u do if,  you see a mad man walking along the street smoking Ganja? I saw the thing this morning on my way to the office, very close to the government house in Port Harcourt.
He even was passing by some MOPOL. all they did was to just look at him. 

Yesterday's own was a Mad man over the MILE 1 flyover,  the guy was "WANKING". in public.

It seems anyone who is not carrying arms in PH is busy doing crazy things because they all are crazy.
