Does eating at night result to potty Belly? I read an article that stated this how true is this?

I mean eating late at night.

it is true in a way b'cos i used to eat big plates of rice or starchy thing b4 bed. Thats when my stomach was waay bogger so I reduced the portion and make small portion instead of full plate.

Plese do not eat that olu olu pounded yam b4 bed!!!!!oooohhhh

Yes its always good to eat early,say before or by 7 pm.it aids digestion of food.

wel what about light veg stir fry or salad vegetables or fruits perhaps, or better again a piece of grilled fish on its own.

add protein food such as peas or green beans to your little rice. it makes you full too. like ify said eat dinner before 7pm not poundo sha. when you feel hungry eat fruit or salad, some nuts, low fat pudding will do.

now dont drink your 6packs at night

Eating late will probably result in a potbelly b/c metabolism slows down later. The ideal time to eat would be 5pm dinner.

so what's the best food to eat at night say 5PM? I don't think I can cope eating so early(5pm) I wil wake up at mid of night hungry again, so what should I do ?

They say u should give at least 4-5hrs after ur last meal b4 u go to bed. . . .

I'll suggest u try snacking on fruits and nut if u get hungry, . . . .
