You are right, but sometimes you have to teach ppl some hard lessons the hard way. That young lady Funke has been acting like a recently jilted fellow. Sodiq has been doing his thing trying to inform us all and all the little brat has been doing was to call him names like say Sodiq na her ex boyfriend.
Polite constructive arguments are welcome here. Most of us are here for ammendment of our half knowledge. But calling of names is not allowed. She overstepped her tiny boundary and the result was not very palatable for her.

Seeing my fellow prospective Corp members praying so hard not to go to some states in Nigeria is so disheartening to ME.......

I think we can help to create a picture of our state of residence or where we have been to so that people can be informed more.

Let me start

KWARA STATE ( state of harmony )

Kwara state is located in the North central geopolitical zone of Nigeria. The state connects the northern and southern part of the country.

TRIBES; Yoruba (major), Nupe, Baruba, fulani/hausa (minor)

MAJOR TOWNS; Ilorin (state capital), Offa, Omu Aran, Lafiagi, Patigi, Oro, Share, Kaima.

INFRASTRUCTURE; road network 80%, water supply 20%, electricity 70% in state capital and 75% in other places.

ALAWEE: #3000 in schools, #0 in ministries

COST OF LIVING: very cheap as food and transport is very cheap.

TRANSPORTATION: inside the city, very neat taxi cab is #50 per drop, okadas are everywhere. Outside the city, the transport fare is quite considerate.


PEOPLE; Kwara people are very loving towards everybody, being a Corp member will make them go extra miles for you.

Kwara is a state of many schools, people are always ready to learn, Ilorin is a city of schoolers, both Islamic and western.. Almost all branches of churches are in Kwara.

@sodiqyinka, morning bro, I have a little prob, initially my course wasn't online, and I went ahead to choose a wrong course due to time limit, but I later went to sch to complain, the sch management mobilized every student with the same issue manually, and they asked those that are yet to register then to keep checking online, my course is now online, but I've registered a wrong course already, my mind is not at rest now, plz what advice do you have for me?
