sokarsenal: GOOD NEWS.......GOOD NEWS........GOODNEWS.....to those of us saying 'what is NYSC without camp'.....I have good news....I have found a WAY...trust me you would LOVE this......Just hide your call-up letter, go to court, swear an affidavit of stolen call up letter.....go to ur school and report the 'theft' of your call up letter......according to NYSC you are guaranteed the next batch......batch C is some 10 weeks from now.....I'm sure the ebola crisis would have been solved by then.......simple formula....let's not just talk, show action and thank me letter................................... GBAM!!! U are rite on point bro.... To me if any one refuses 2come to terms with the present situation on ground then your suggestion is just a inch more than perfect for them to make use of...shikena yowa...... Y cry and whine over spilled milk,we have been made to endure worst policies in 9ja and we are still alive n surviving bcoz dere is lil or nothin we can do about it. Yoruba's would say ''if a child doesnt have d sword of vegeance in his full grasp and possession,there is no need for such a child to ask about the cause of his fathers death or murder,if you not in power to influence decisions presently then make do with whatever decisions passed presently,and as for those wanting to petition the DG and NYSC please for the love of christ let d lying dog sleep,coz there aint no need of going after a wild goose chase!!! If that lady that is willing to differ her service just because of camp is successful then i would also respect her . To me if anythin at all the 5yrs spent in school is enough camping experience for me,i see the camp as no bigdeal as much as NYSC would readily pay us our rightful entitlements and give us the priviledge of redployment,thats all i ask for,as for me and my crew going to the same state plateau for stream2 we all have come to terms with the reality on ground and we planned to make use of that 8dayz of non-regimented and unrestricted liberty to replicate whatever supposed fun anybody would want to have within that 3weeks,simple as that. |

To all Stream 1 corpers in camp; hope you are having the best of it? Has the count down to end of the 3 weeks orientation started already? I want to specially appreciate those that have been giving us a peep into the orientation camp by narrating their day to day activities here together with their pictorial updates. Thanks and God bless you all. To my stream 2 friends; somethings happen for a reason, to be frank with you people, the decision about you having an abdridged version of orientation will pain the top officials more than the prospective corpers because of what they stand to loose (please dont ask me what it is but my hint is about the "ONLY" factor that unites all Nigerians irrespective of the side of the divide you are from) at the end. It better to miss the 3 weeks orientation than having infected with the dreaded Ebola virus or being a victim of the negative things happening in our dear nation at the moment. I wish you all the best that you all desire. . In my abode on planet Earth; It has been raining for over 5 hours now; what is the situation report in your own areas?
