i work for an indigenous company as a coiled tubing trainee engineer,i recently got an offer from schlumberger as a contract staff to work as a QAQC engineer. the pay for both jobs is the same.i was told that i will be converted to a full staff in schlumberger. i am having difficulties on what choice to make. please help me take a good decision to move or to stay back. Thank you |
