Has anybody here ever sworn an affidavit in court? If so,how did they go about it and how much did it cost them?

If it's screening form,u'll print out 4 copies n for the other docs,u'll ve an original and 3 copies of each.

have sworn an affidavit for correction of name.....just go to a court close to u n expain everything.......just hold like 2000 although i paid 1000 for mine

for ur olevel, birth certificate, testimonial n some other documents make 4 photocopies.......to be on a safer side just make 4 photocopies of all ur documents it wont cost u much

It's regarding that birth certificate issue. I think my bro may have to swear an affidavit...as for reference letter,it must be stamped yes?

unilag does not accept recent sworn declaration of age..... Just get another birth certificate from any local govt and tell them to back date it to maybe 1999

its affecting all medical students.....but those on supplementary list can login

From what I heard,utme students are also undergoing registration. If they open the email and gsm link it would allow utme students edit their data and would hamper the process.Hopefully on or before monday it will be sorted out at the screening center...

Sure,lots of people have already. However you will not be able to print the screening slip as a result. Just make sure you upload the right documents cos there's no going back once you submit.

Medical students on DE merit list can now login n also other facultithat couldn't login should try

When I read the experiences from those on merit utme list, some were not screened because their letter was not stamped......... to be on the safer side, it should be stamped........ it'll be stamped by the addresser( E.g pastor, imam,lawyer) signing it.

Mine isnt stamped bt signed.. And also wasnt addressed to any1 per-say,like d vc or registrar.. It just started with "To whom it May Concern"..am i good to go wif dz two issues on ground?
