Acunon gave my TV to a courier service company and didn't follow up the TV as at 12th of August , he gave me 3 numb, I called those number, went to their offices and after dribbling me for 2wk, they told me that the TV was not in their company but in Lagos.
I told aconon as at 28th of August about the new development and he went back to the person he gave the TV.
Now, the TV was taken to yet anoda company as at 1st of September, and I was told to go to the company on 5th of September to get the goods, and when I went there, all I got was the phone number of a driver who calmed his truck is bad and he needed me to send him 15k to get diesel.
After much dribbling, as at 7th, I got a call to come back to the company and when I did, I saw my name on a manifest but my TV was not there. I was asked to wait for other trucks to arrive, and today, the other 3 truck arrived and the TV is still not there.
Acunon! Has made me loss my contract as the logistics manager of Parknbet company Calabar branch because the TV was supposed to be used for virtual games and the company can't wait for 1month.
I have called 14 different numbers and I have gone to 2diff office for more than 10 times and my transport is N300 each trip.
so my guy, I no try??

Part of the deal is the inclusion of all the follow come accessories with the tv. l have been holding talks with him both on phone and also on whatsapp for some months now. our deal is by paying now, I will get it tomorrow morning in Ibadan where i reside. So, now I just can't wait to get hold of the tv.

Let me say my own side of the story
He paid then i sent 2 items with the same company, one to asaba and the other to calabar, after weeks the calabar item didnt deliver and George asked me to check I went there and ask and they said they had sent it without me knowing that it was dump for 2 weeks. George later called the company and was told that it was not sent which prompt me to go there and the manager confirmed that it didn't leave, I asked him to give me the item and he told me that the company he sent it to won't give me as am not the person who brought it as first and he told me that he will send it via another company or a bus going to calabar, after that I went there to confirm again if the goods later left and was told that it didn't go because the truck was not filled and I had to confirm again if the item is inside the truck which they assured me, it left for almost week and later arrived that his name is in the manifest but the goods is not there and also may come with the other truck. I had to calm George who was furious that it may come with the other truck, today I called the driver and he told me that he is in calabar and George went there and couldn't see it. I was told they will check again tomorrow. If it didn't come then the company will refund me my money for the missing goods. Why will i scam someone for a mere 27k? Its not right!!

Acunon, from your explanation and that of your aggrieved customer, i can deduce that the problem came from the courier service company. What i will advise you to do is to get back to the courier company and make them see how their inefficiency is affecting your business and the bad image their giving you. Threaten to discontinue doing business with them if they don't sit-up. Also insist your customer would not pay any additional charges since the product delayed was due to their ineptitude.

For your customer, try to still apologise to him or her and if possible promise him a special gift in your next dealings which you should do. If I'm in similar situation, i might behave the same way, try to be very understanding to his situation. And, please that lack of manners poster raining insult on your customer in your name should put inorder, his spoiling your business. He knows nothing about business and customer relation.

I've come to regard you as someone who knows what his doing so don't allow some faceless poster on social media to spoil your business in the name of defending you by attacking your customers.
