The Chinese government will only fund 85% of the total project cost /amount.The Chinese Govt. required collateral for the 85% funding is a confirmed Bank Guarantee OR Sovereign Guarantee (The S.G is the highest form of Guarantee from the Government: S.G receives PRIORITY attention from the Chinese Government). The project owner is expected to provide the remaining 15% for the projects.
