Ndokwa East is one of the Local Government Areas in Delta State, Nigeria. It has an area of 1,617 km² with a population of about 103,171 at the 2006 census in Nigeria. First rule is to stop this foolish propaganda. 99% of rural contracts in delta state are awarded to native contractors only. Your problems are homebase, deal with locals getting paid for doing nothing. |
