Hi! So while we yet waited mgbe mbu for test results, we were gingered and murdered case studies. Now that its vital, no comments. What happened to that spirit on the thread?? Puleese chop food and come up let's discuss some case analysis. Anyone with prior experience or an idea however remote, should post som'n about the next stage.

While waiting for the interviewers, We would have been like "can you remember the days we had to spark on people that derailed the thread?" or "those GNLD guys gan. Good times." But you see, we seldom don't get the things we think we need because God has other plans. Its never too much to hear the words "Faith". V. Important.

Its been two days. I guess the active ones on the thread weren't successful in the UAC test. Abeg, inactive people come on o. Enough trying to be behind the camera. Anyone know any UAC staff or have useful information? No 'sauce' needed.

Its nice to see some form of communion here. My guess is that we may be contacted within the next 3 weeks for AC in december. No 'sauce', just plain guess going by the progression of things.

If its AC, the watch word for any case study analysis is "teamwork". The quality of the results is insignificant, what matters most is how those results came about.

Wow...am speechless to some extent. @ iphyisis, thanks for the comment and commendation, though I'd have really love to have this Job, but all the same God has something better...would have loved to see you too, but all the same, glory to God. Wishing you the best as u sail further, and I assure you if I have any info on the interview, I'd definitely post it here. Cheers fellas, and always remember, "It can only be better".

Yea tho, we miss Faith n Charles already. Ws particularly bitter they ddnt make it.
We'v hrd lots about d next stage, d devil's basket thing where we may b asked to analyse any topic. But wot do we read on? Its unimaginable. Could be anythin ranging from productivity, to teamwork or even Ebola! Now it may be customised to our unique professions. That's why It seems like dis stage cud be relatively more challenging and unpredictable unlike d test days.
My small opinion tho. God help us all!

I think it is going to be hard predicting as most of us didn't see the nature of the test coming.
Here's what's for sure though, they cannot bring something completely new. It will be some variant of some recruitment process that has been used before.
Whatever topic they bring will not be the issue as it most likely won't be their field. Even if it is, with so many people to listen to, nobody will be looking for extra technical details. It will be about your ability to present, speak confidently even in the face of uncertainty (which is what happens in the real world). If you passed the test, you already have enough to speak about. Brush up your delivery. And don't we get 5 mins or so to prepare (well mobile internet and google to the rescue then)
Work on the things you can control (composure, appearance, attentiveness, recovery and packaging) and let go of the things you cannot. (Actual details)
Go in and assume that only one person will be taken from your day (don't be nasty about it though) this is one war where your ability to be nice scores. Questions about your current employer? Don't sell them out , be professional and tactical. If you don't know say you don't know gently. Don't lie or appear arrogantly ignorant. It's a recruitment process but enjoy yourself, meet people and have professional fun. Whatever comes comes
