In support of Denigma,u may not believe him but that is the bitter truth...Entry point matter most in all organisation...graduate specialist may be above the MT guys at the beginning but at the long run,the MT guys is definitely the future of UAC...I don't know much about UAC but from my experience in Nestle Nigeria PLC,that's the way it is...Mind u,the graduate specialist will also be a senior staff,but MT has the upper hand...Wish u all the best

@Iphysis.. Thanks for d compliment, but its all gud as God has pushed me towards a much more bigger organization.. Still dont knw how i didnt scale thru dis level, as i was 101% sure dat i wud score above average, but God is proving dat right to me already.
I miss FaithYetu too & i wud hav loved to see U guys, mayb i still cud

U guys shld stop arguing abt 'GS & MT', its not necessary at all. Just be focused & think abt how U shld pass d next stage.
I miss U all, if its possible, i pray U all scale thru d next stage because its d most difficult, but God will help U all IJN.

For GS, salary is abt 150k-160k, for MT, its abt 120k-130k, its a little below GS. Hope i helped som1.

Shugs, until we look back on our lives would we realise that everything was a planned course afterall.. for us to have experiences too. We will keep on keeping on jare until we meet at the top, where we have just been paid to be expatriates in some foreign country :-D

Perhaps its safe to assume that we won't be called for the rest of this year. Better than waking up every morning with the disappointment of nothing from this employers. Na to learn trade or enter music studio sure pass.

Also, are we going to be interviewed based on the codes we wrote for (specialist)? I don't know jack about the category they placed me! Didn't know how I managed to pass that exam self.

There are various possible ways to go about it. This is one;

I was having this believe that the correct response would be a brief intro; then something like a mission statement (prime desire statement); sort of a brief and concise paragraph that would summarize you and your potentials. Or am I wrong?

Imagine if the next question would have been Tell us about yourself; then you'd have said all that was needed to be said while answering the first question.

Can we meet you and tell us about yourself are the same question. It's always advisable not to give to long answers and scanty answers. It's even best sometimes to dictate the progress of the interview (but not in an arrogant manner).

The length of your answer will depend on your person and the atmosphere... Wisdom is also about knowing when to shut up!
