It's likely we will be interviewed based on codes. @ censoring, that's why I pointed out you can dictate the flow of the interview with your answer.

I'm glad we are keeping the thread going, I welcome additional constrictive criticisms.

From experience, I believe the answer to can we meet u dictate the tune of the interview. There are exceptional case for experience hire as interviewer will want to test u based on the position u apply for.
This question will give u opportunity to sell yourself to the interviewer and I guess we all know what they say about first impression. For a GT, confidence matters alot in answering this question but for an experienced hire you need to add achievement to confidence as its relate to the position you are interviewed for.

GS interview might go along the line of experience hire cos I believe it might be tailored along individual code during the test......

Still trying to come up with my own response to the question.

I guess I'll say the work wasn't challenging enough to bring out the best in me.

Thankfully, I don't have to worry about that one because I'm still in my present workplace. But if they ask why I want to leave my present workplace to join them, I will have to throw in that same response.

Same here (finally).. 19th at UAC House. If some are having final interviews, while some like both of us are doing the preliminary interview, I'm guessing it wnt take them time to call for our own final interview (if we are successful), since we all may be expected to resume around a particular period. I hope that's the case.

Workforce are a special breed sha, this their night night messages after all hopes have been put to sleep. Their work really get force

The requirements for GS says 2 years experience or professional qualifications or masters degree in area of interest. As for me, no experience, just masters and certifications!
