chuxyz: Living in typical igbo town such as Aba or Onitsha is quite fun with the kind of hilarious quotes that you hear on daily basis. These are the ones i can remember for now:Odili 'utu'(J.thomas) mma okpodo isi n'ala? Akwuna(ashawo) ga-ebe akwa nwa na nka. onye rele nkita zuta enwe, ife ntukwu ka no kwa na be ya. oji akwa awu aru mara onwe ya. |

bigfrancis21: It is O garacha not A garacha. "O" is the igbo pronoun for "He/She/It" in this contextual usage and not "A". In igbo, you say "Ogba-oso - "Runner" not "Agba-oso". We might be both correct based on dialectal difference. But I used central igbo there. Secondly, agbacha is central Igbo agbasia is correct as well but the only error I made is spelling gwuo instead of guo and thanks for that. |
