A lecturer (names withheld) at the Kogi State University (KSU), Anyigba, has been arrested by officers of the Kogi State Police command over rape and cultism related charges. The lecturer was arrested and remained in custody for two days at the Criminal Investigation Department, CID Kogi Police Command, Lokoja before he was granted bail. Reports have it that the lecturer is notorious for forcefully soliciting sex from students of the institution. He is also being accused of providing cover for student cultists.
