Please lawyers in the house, i need to urgently evict a tenant. He has being owning rent for the past nine months now. The apex of it was his wife beating up nice this afternoon, she has always being so troublesome from their first day in our compound. My problem is that i can't wait for the 6 months notice. A friend just told me that in view of arrears of rent i need to give her only 7days intention to recover property. Please lawyers confirm this if true and if you dont mind droping contact. I really need to take action next week if the 7days intention to recover properTy sufixes . I am based in lagos thanks |
