1. Is Tor and VPNs enough to make me completely anonymous online
2. Incognito option in browsers; can it actually make my browsing history untraceable?
3. Nothing is important on my computer...why should i be afraid of hacking?
4. How strong and reliable is WPA2 or WEP?
5. My computer is strongly passworded...there no need for encryption

1. No, as you have seen no protocol is 100% secure, they are fabricated that way on purpose. Recall the heartbleed attack that happened recently that found a flaw in SSL certificates that even affected companies like Google and EBay. There are also backdoors that completely bypass security. Nothing is safe online anymore.

2. Incognito in the browser makes it safe so that no one else in your housing structure can pull up your history. However, how do you know a 3rd party does not already have access to your computer via backdoors that were intentionally left there by Apple and Microsoft operating systems.

3. Your computer can be compromised and be used remotely for criminal activities. Being hacked is never a good thing.

4. WEP is atrocious and should never be used (even 128 bit). Use either WPA/WPA2 until a new wireless encryption standard is available. WPA2 has been cracked already with hacking methods such as brute force attacks, and again backdoors on home routers and switches. Unfortunately, no type of encryption is actually safe, but you are much better off with WPA2 with AES

5. The biggest security protection to your computer is you. Make sure you have the latest virus and malware protection. Stay away from websites that may be a detriment from your computer and be careful not to open suspicious email.
