I have refused to sum the exact amount of bad twenty naira notes in my purse becuase it might lead to some unfavorable reactions but it just continues to be so fustrating when accursed twenty naira notes end up with you in the public monetary exchange market.
Some how who is to blame? Is it the CBN that gave us a "glossy" note rather than the "paper" one we were used to. Soludo had said it was an experiment then, with the hope of converting other notes to the same texture in the near future. Unfortunately that experiment is failing with me.
Or is it the market women who still bite off the edges of the notes to prove their authenticity? Or those who have no choice than mend the notes with transparent tape with the hope that those who receive them do not suspect. 

dejiyesufu has a point there gurl,how can a whole giant of africa behave like a low life counrtry?the way we handle our currencies here is really amazing that's why we can never be like the states or other developed countries coz we don't inplement laws and carry it out , to bad for a giant of africa.ordinary ghana handles currency neatly and well so why not imetate that culture, am just a messenger let's be carefull
