If you eat more food than your body burns for energy, the excess will add to your weight. So, to gain weight, you simply have to increase the amount of food you eat daily! This is only possible if your appetite is high.

One of the causes of low appetite is Stress, so if you can get this out of the way, your appetite goes up. Also, a little exercise on your part can increase your appetite because your body will demand for more energy after this.

NOTE: The rate at which our bodies burn food for energy differs. Person A who eats 3 times more than Person B may not gain weight as quickly as Person B because his body burns the food faster. Understand how your body works to know how much food you should eat to gain your desired weight.
