You cannot get a decent audiophile grade headphone for 30k. Of course you can get consumer headphones in that price range but I wouldn't recommend them.
The best bang for buck headphone at the moment is the Hifiman he 400 se. It is a planar headphone instead of the normal dynamic drivers and is very good , has no noise cancellation but beats most noise cancelling headphones under 150k and is well built, sturdy with gorgeous sound but works better with a DAC dongle.
It is available on aliexpress and could be had for about fifty five dollars during sales.

Thanks, I think I'll Just manage basic earpods like the oraimo pod4 for now while saving up to get a good headphone.
My job requires it, but I still have grace of some period.
