Sitting right in the centre of the room looking all tattered and unkept, different thought kept running through my mind, was this a dream? was this real? Voices of symphatises raining in from all angles of the room as sorry was most used word on this very cold morning. Their word kept echoing from the left ear and bouncing out from the right ear, As I was still trying to digest what had happened the night before. All this while I was in a world of mine still left in pain and agony until I felt a tap on my shoulder, it was officer kennet a close friend of dad he always had this hard look on his face like that of a kid who was denied candy you might have taken him to be a sadist. surprisingly, he smiled and I notice an huge gap between his teeth which gave him an awkward look, I could see tears in his eyes which he fought tirelessly to hold back. he himself couldn't believe what has happened because it was right under his watch, how come he didn't notice? He finally said I will have to reach the station to give account of the incident. Getting through the press and sympathisers was an hell of a task, flashes of cameras from left and right kept storming my face I for once thought I was a celebrity, entering the police car with five escort didn't seem to put me out of my fantasy either.
I've never been to a station before but getting to the police headquarters I needed no one to tell me we've gotten to our destination
Suddenly a huge officer with a gun hanging around his side pocket brought a sheet of paper and told me to describe the incident the way I saw it, immediately I began writing and this was my story..

My name is jane,17 years of age and over the years known to be mentally unstable. I live with my dad a veteran doctor who acted as a single father since I was 5. Rumours have it that my mum christy filled for divorce and later had a ghastly accident a day before her next marriage,some say its what she deserves but I don't think so. Looking at pictures I would say she would have been a good mother memories of her keep awake late at night wandering only if I knew her, only if we were together as a family, only if she knew how much I needed her.on several occasions have I caught my dad staring at her pictures often time tears rolling down his cheeks. He hardly got along with me as these was no news to our neighbours the Carson's who were blessed with obesity and a high degree of stupidity.
On this faithful day dad and I were driving through the hollow way as he came to pick me up from school, getting to the round about which links to the main road we came across some hoodlums who were robbing a lady before I could say jack sparrow dad had jumped out of the car probably thinking he was one superman or one hero like that I shouted let's call the cops but it seems he wasn't going to listen. I stayed back and saw our he beat this set of four guys then something unusual happened. One of the robbers headed for his back pocket and brought out a pistle, dad saw this grabbed the injured robber and used him as cover and theartened to kill him if he dosent drop the gun. The furious robber seemed to be having none of that suddenly he shot and for a while I didn't know who was dead as both dad and the robber were on the floor

Dad stood up much to my relieve if he died who was going to fund my fees? Seeing this the remaming three robbers ran to their car and zoomed off, looking around we didn't see the lady anymore as she must have zoomed off during the brawl.
I drove home as there was blood on dads head due to some series of punch which he got. Packing in the garage our neighbours wife the Carsons kept looking at me like I stole one of her kidneys I ignored her and strolled inside grabbed the med kit and applied some bandages.
Doing this I sad I never knew you were a super hero doing some superman moves there, he smilled but didn't say anything probably because he was in pain and wanted to sleep.
It was 10pm there was I watching a new episode of my favourite seasonal movie with a bag of chips, I heard a loud knock on the door as I thought who it might be. After some series of thought I finally stood asked who was there but got no response. our neighbourhood is more of a peaceful area so I opened the door just to confirm there was no one there, to my greatest surprise the same set of boys which dad dealt with were right in front me. Their facial expression didn't seem like they came to apologise, horrified, I said hey but got no response being my stupid self I asked would you guys care for a drink? They smiled as they most have realised how stupid I was. I shut the door after they entered and went straight to the fridge to get them drinks.

They sat and watch tv with me then suddenly brought out their guns then it came crystal clear that they were here for revenge. The oldest between them asked for my dad, stammering I said he's upstairs sleeping. Well go tell him he has visitors he said, within a blink of an eye dad was downstairs already. immediately he recognised them and at this point he whiched he had called the cops in the first place. Suddenly their focus seemed to be on me as I was beaten to a pulp helpless there I stayed. They took dad and tied him to a chair bounded with a rope on his hands. Several punches were trown at him, they dragged him to the center of the dinning room and poured petrol round about him. There was I hoping it wasn't what I was thinking in a twinkle of an eye they had lighted the fire and dad burnt helplessly.
I droped my pen and signaled to the officer that I was trough, he Collected the paper and said I would be allowed to leave tommorow as it was already dark. The next day came as I couldn't wait to leave then I got the shocker of my life

I was told it seems I would be spending extra night there, I asked why. And was told someone claimed I killed my father and framed up this whole story. This baffled me as I thought who could have said such then I saw our neighbours wife mrs Carson with her devlish looking eyes. I wonder why she hates me so much that she would make such a claim.probably because she once caught me staring at her teenage daughter while she had her bath, but this was a long time ago. Mr kennet called me to the office and told me her side of the story she claimed that my dad and I had an agrument a forthnight ago which was true and I threathened to kill him which was also true but I said that in anger. Officer kennet said no one entered our apartment at 10pm because the cctv at our apartment didn't record anyone entering which is true. Truth be told the cctv device recently picked up fault a forthnight ago.
Officer kennet then asked me if my statement was all a big lie.
Now am asking you who killed my father??
