Finishing means stopping at a particular time determined by u without the task not necessarily being exhaisted while completed signifies the end of a task. Eg I have finished work for the day meaning I will come back again to continue I have completed my HND programme means that's the end of that course for me. 1 Like |

Depends on the context in which its used Finish: to reach the end of (something); or to be done Complete: to the greatest extent or degree; total. |
