Homosexuality is part of nature.
Diseases no longer affect us as before.
The plague wiped out a third of Europe, now it can be stopped in weeks.
There have always been killings.
In fact, we are living in one of the most peaceful periods on earth. The reason why you feel like there is war everywhere is because of technology. You get to know things from around the world we wouldn't have otherwise known.
You do not need to hunt to eat-- you go to the grocery store.
Infant mortality is lower, life expectancy is higher.

The way I See it, if Global Warming doesn't finish us off first, then the real threat will come from space.

Movies like “Deep Impact” and “Armageddon” may be
