Why can't I use my UBA ATM card to withdraw money from other banks ATM machines?

Despite this fact, UBA's ATM service is always poor in the absolute sense.

If I should pack all my money from UBA ehn, I no go ever patronise the bank at all at all. They don dey frustrate my life tey tey.

Network issues on bank ATMs are not limited to UBA alone. I have had a wonderful experience using my UBA card and also using my UBA ATM on other bank’s ATMs. I personally advice that rather than blow the whistle here; try and go to any UBA branch close to you and lay your complain. System down time is normal when you are dealing with networks especially when the switch platform is down, we are quick to blame the bank. Kindly table your complain to any UBA customer service desk at a UBA branch close to you.
