I don't understand how dis boxing judges judge d fights. It seems Africans cannot win 50-50 fight.

Tosin Oke is a massive favorite for the gold tomorrow in the Triple Jump. His 16.75m jump is 5cm higher than Group B winner, Phillips Idowu, who jumped 16.70m.

Another Nigerian, Olamgoke, will also compete in the final. He jumped 16.46m in group B

I was really surprised by our 4x100 relay teams. All of them that raced tonight weren't close to the medal zone in the individual events, but they turned out to be very good relay runners.
