the rules are quite simple
use as many of the ingredients to make
(a) A snack
(b) An entree ( meal)
(c) pudding or cake ( dessert)

dessert:

slice a bunch of ripe strawberries, mix with a plain yoghurt. add sugar to your taste. serve on martini glasses and top with whipped cream and a a leaf of mint for decoration.

1. Drink - Strawberry Schnapps

Direction:

* Rinse the strawberries carefully.

* Leave them to dry in the shadow - on paper towel.

* If your berries are frozen - defrost them in the schnapps.

* Use a clean glass jar with tight-fitting lid.

* Fill 1/2 - 2/3 of the jar with berries.

* Fill up with clear, unflavoured Schnapps - 40% (80 proof).

* Steep for a few days in a dark place at room temperature,
18-20°C (64-68°F).

* Shake lightly and taste it from time to time.

* Strain and filter your infusion into a clean glass bottle or jar with tight-fitting lid.

You can serve your strawberry schnapps after it has settled for a couple of days. It has a fresh, fruity taste.

You could make a really good yam pottage or a okro soup.

Also a smoked herring salad with the sausage thrown in also.

You can just take the alcohol over ice

I would put a dash of snapps in with the fruit salad and mix it around.
