As at the time of replying this post,The show is not yet cancelled or renewed for a second season...
Ratings are good,fans are echoing for a second season, and the show creator is looking forward to a second season....
But,Syfy are still mute!!

Just one episode so far, waiting on the second series.. Claire Riesen ordered the military to blow up Gabriels Lair; thereby killing some of his angels which endeared Gabriel's rage. Meanwhile Alex had been trying to interpret the tattoos on Alex's body. After the blast at Gabriel's Lair, Alex fled along with Noma and headed to an unknown path.. They encountered some an 8 ball which Alex released the demonic angel from the human.. This time the 8 ball didn't die after changing.. Not forgetting Michael, after fleeing Vega, he got to a small village which inhabitated humans.. I mean normal humans outside Vega.. They were protected from 8 balls by a bonfire.. As long as it kept burning, the 8 balls won't be able to hurt them. So, it rained and the 8 balls got in but Michael helped protect them.. I think that's all from the first episode.. Please mind my English, I'm not a Scholar lol..
