I can only but say that soonest I see web series taking charge completely. Of course anybody can direct a video and put on web. With good packaging & publicity you attract a marveling audience. I'm a new director in the game & the Tv rates for space are outrageous to some extent. I can have my work online and get a bigger audience. Only if I get my publicity strategy right and my work is good.
