After logical deliberation, l've come to this conclusion that if we apply this approach we (Military) can win the fight against Boko Haram.
Guerilla warfare, is always the hardest form of war, considering the fact that the enemy is "faceless", and so they use the masses as a leverage to avoid direct military action.
Military action(s) is always under watch by the media, so... they can't hit them to avoid civilian casualties.
Solution: If Federal Government can evacuate civilians,by simply announcing to them to leave, this will allow full military action, it will reduce the insurgency.
