When i wake by 6.00 i'll eat snacks from my fridge then by 7'00 i"l eat pre-breakfast
By 8'00 i'll eat the appetizers before eating the main breakfast. By 9'30 i'll eat post-breakfast. And if by the process it gets to ten, i'll just combine it with pre brunch which is usually just snacks. By 11'00 i'll eat brunch. By 1'00 i'll eat appetizers and drink juice to prepare for lunch which normally comes by 2'00. By 5'00 i'll eat pre dinner, by 6'30 i'll eat dinner. By 8'00 i'll eat the main dinner.

Once a day nd on d norm i eat twice a day.Lunch is nt on my timetable i grow up with that.

6 meals and and 3 snackings in between them! The 6 meals aren't large though, instead of eating morning afternoon and evening (3 large meals) I break em down to 6 lil meals that way I keep my metabolism always raved up.
