My doctor says it's cos I eat too late at night. Problem is, that's when the hunger comes and thats when the food is sweetest to me.

50calibre: I aim to eat at least 4 times a day, and that's with some random in-between snacking throughout the day. Somedays, I eat as much as 6 times.

This is because I have a very high metabolism, so I have to be on a calorie surplus if I'm to keep my gains at the gym. When I start starving myself, I start losing muscle mass.

I remember asking my doctor as a teenager (I used to skip meals and eat too little) He told me exactly what u wrote. I guess I took him too serious. Now I eat a lot cos I get hungry too often

Kachisbarbie: One basic meal, that's dinner with family. If I see someone else to eat with within the day, I will eat as long as the person is eating..
