I don't miss my breakfast I eat twice everyday.

Twice a day, maximum 3 times.

If I'm busy, I might forget to eat till late in. The afternoon, but if I'm not busy, I eat four times a day and if I should be studying late in the night, I Still eat once or twice b4 I finally sleep off.

I remembered a particular xmas that I ate about 7 times a day, u need to see as I be that day. I swear say I no go ever eat like that again. Thank God now I can only eat 2twice a day.

I aim to eat at least 4 times a day, and that's with some random in-between snacking throughout the day. Somedays, I eat as much as 6 times.

This is because I have a very high metabolism, so I have to be on a calorie surplus if I'm to keep my gains at the gym. When I start starving myself, I start losing muscle mass.

the food frequency that God approved is morning & night when you are not fasting. we got this idea from the holy book(bible) when God give Manna to the children of Isreal in the wilderness day & night.

Also, when there was famine during the time of prophet Elijah, the ravies(bird) feed him day and night by the brooks.out of the mouth of two or tgree witnesses the truth shall be established.

Please how can I gain weight up to 80kg. I've been struggling with 66kg for so long. It doesn't increase. I eat everyday but grow thin. What kind of meal in Nigeria gives weight easily. Is it the quantity or quality? Taking eggs seems to work out, but is it healthy to take eggs daily? No.
