Diskspace-- is the file size limit(in MB or GB or unlimited e.g 500mb, 2GB) you can upload to their server depending on your plan.
Emails-- ever noticed emails like this? 'Info@rhudeclothing.com', 'support@etisalat.com' etc..they are custom emails.
Bandwidth---is the file size your visitors on your site
Download. When they visit your size, or wether they are downloading files. The bandwith renews everymonth.
