Observers in Ilesa, the home town of Governor Rauf Aregbesola has been astute as to yesterday's gubernatorial election in the state (Osun). Observers have therefore commended the Independent National Electoral Commission for ensuring timely arrival of electoral materials and election officials at polling units.
