As a Laboratory Technologist, I am still willing to help... I have written to many top government health agencies through their website and still waiting on their response.
I will really love to work with anyone or group working on any medication for preventions or cure of the diseases or to help take care of Ebola patients.
I wouldn't mind to travel to any African country where the disease has killed lots of people.
This is not a public stunt! I just want to contribute my quarter in order to curtail this 'epidermic'
#Somebody just have to do something before this thing gets out of hands
I'm currently working in a private research laboratory and, I'll just love to volunteer.
.
Should anyone here have any information or link, please help!

urhoboman: How often do dey change the gloves? Do they use the same glove to serve 5 to 10 customers? They are the ones putting customers at risk while protecting themselves alone. Imagine a bank cashier collecting a withdrawal slip and cashing an ebola victim and still use the same hand(glove) to attend to a healthy customer thereby posing the later at risk of contacting it.

your post doesn't make sense. Let's assume they attend to customers without gloves, is it not the same hand they'll serve all customers with? Do you suggest they cut off their hands and grow another to serve the next set of customers?

wat are u saying? wearing gloves will put customers at risk?! they would still transfer it the same way even if they were not wearing gloves. Transmission will still occur same pattern only difference is one less victim susceptible to the virus-the banker.

Can hand sanitizers deal with virus?

I though hand sanitisers can only deal with bacteria.

faithalabi: The secret is out black girls can have healthy, curly, coil long hair!!!

Our hair does grow, each everyone hair grows and generally at least 1/4 to 1/2 inch per month, but the key is GROWTH RETENTION.
Grow retention simply means that although your hair does grow every month you have to take those step necessary to keep your hair health and thriving to avoid breakage. This means you have to take care of your ends which are the oldest part of the hair making it easier to break. so how can you retain your length? Find out @ www.ladieswinds.com

Are you lost?

Then the innocent customer should get himself a pair of gloves too!
Protection from ebola is a prerogative of everyone. The banker(teller) is only there to attend to your banking/financial transactions not health issues.

Fantastic

collitexnaira: Doing this will put innocent customers at risk of contacting the deadly disease, because I don't think they will change that gloves until the end of each business day

And they are not to use the gloves but their bare hands , they'll need to cut off their hands before they attend to other customers ? . Wearing the gloves protects them but doesn't increase the risk of infection to customers ( the risk of infection is the same if they are to use their bare hands )

. They shuld wash or/and sterilize their hands after attending to every customer. If not dey culd serve as a source of 'spreader'. If u say customeers shuld buy their own hand gloves, wat of d money dey are takin home? Will dey throw d money away or wash d money?

Gloves or face mask aint a new thing to banks in Nigeria...

If you really are attentive you would discover that cashiers had used these prior to the advent of ebola in Nigeria...

pendusky: that's a bank. l can see fashola pics. people has to be very careful. so bankers are not exception to that. imagine The residue of Ebola victim vomit on naira note. it will be as fresh as The residue an Ebola bat leaves on a fruit. health sectors telling us Ebola can't be spread by touching money is somewhat fallacy.

Ebola can't spread by handling money because the virus is said to be vulnerable in open air or sunlight.

nigeria will be justified if they sent in their army to level liberia.. What sawyer did is tantamount to dropping a bio-nuke on nigeria. Just like dropping weapons grade anthrax or venezuelan flu on nigeria.. It's not funny.

That means lady bankers will not polish their nails any more because it is well tucked in. that will save them money monthly

if face-mask is introduced too, that will save another money for lip-gloss
