To me, the difference between the two is that you pay to get one while the other is free. You'll marvel some at the quality of the PVC being distributed to Nigerians for free compared to the driver's license you paid for and went through stress to get. Me thinks people in government are either just wicked or damn stupid! |

The difference is clear; PVC is free to obtain; drivers licence is costly to obtain. But wait a minute; Can one use PVC to tender do the same transactions they use drivers licence for? |

Just as you cannot present your PVC to FRSC or d Police, you cannot present ur DL to vote. |
